Automation Engineering

offering the best quality

Engineers specialised in various programming and automation tasks, such as developing PLC programs, SCADAs, artificial vision, robots and computer systems.

Programmable Logic Controllers

The backbone of industrial automation is the programmable logic controller (PLC). This is an electronic device programmable in a specific language, which sequentially controls an industrial system in real time.
Ergomaq is an expert in Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell and Omron programming systems, although we adapt to the models required by the client.
Our programming is characterised by being robust, well-structured, clear and precise, providing the basis for the success of the automation project.

Robots

An industrial robot is a manipulator with more than three axes to which a final tool is adapted in order to perform one or more tasks. Although robots are highly flexible tools, their programming requires specialisation as their movements can be very dynamic and high-energy. Efficiency and safety in the tasks they perform are the main characteristics we demand from our programming.
Our team of programmers are experts in ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, UR and Omron and are constantly learning about new brands and models to adapt to client needs.

Human-Machine Interface (HMI)

The communication between the industrial process and human beings is articulated through HMI programmable touch panels. These offer the advantage of being able to adapt to the needs of the process at any time, from simple button configurations to detailed images of the machine. Our HMIs are characterised by their easy and intuitive use, being highly robust and showing 3D views of the various elements that form the project.

SCADAS

The acronym SCADA stands for Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition. The purpose of this type of system is to remotely monitor and control an installation, with the ability to integrate data collected from different sensors, PLCs and equipment via various protocols in a single place. These readings are taken in real time and can be historicised. SCADA systems usually run on PCs and are specific software, usually from the same brand as the automation PLC, although some are multi-brand.

Artificial vision

Artificial vision for industrial use complements automation tasks by being able to inspect 100% of the production. Artificial vision systems are articulated on specific cameras for this use, with a wide range on the market that we can adapt according to the client’s needs.

Traceability

Traceability enables us to access the product history in real time, as well as all the characteristics that we wish to associate with it. Traceability systems are fully adapted to the client’s needs and involve the rest of the elements that make up the machine, such as PLCs, SCADAs and/or PCs, which are kept interconnected via a network.
