Data processing controller
Any personal data that may be collected directly from an interested party through our contact form or via our email account will be treated in accordance with the criteria regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 dated December 5 regarding Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights; and solely and exclusively to manage our relationship.

The purpose of data processing corresponds to each of the processing activities carried out by ERGOMAQ-97 and which are accessible in the published Register of Processing Activities.
Your data is processed based on the following conditions:
– the data subject has consented (affirmative action) to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
– the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation at his / her request of pre-contractual measures;
– the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller;
– the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by a third party.

Technical and organisational security measures
ERGOMAQ-97 shall implement security measures — technical and organisational — appropriate to the processing carried out by it, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as risks of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons; all to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
Thus, in the event of a breach of security of the personal data we process, we undertake to notify both the Supervisory Authority, if applicable, and the data subjects in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
