Precision machines for watertightness control
Machine dedicated to checking the absence of leaks via pressurised air. It is capable of simultaneously testing two heat exchanger units.
Oven door assembly station
Special machine for the automatic centring and gluing of the two parts that make up the glass panes of the oven doors. The closure is carried out in a sandwich movement, allowing subsequent screwing.
Insertion of washers in airbag channel
This is a workstation for mounting 5 snap-on washers. The system is prepared for simultaneous operation of LHD and RHD models.
Insertion of bearings in container
Hydraulic machine that allows positioning the upper and lower bearing inside the container. The system includes an encoder for position control and a load cell for force control.
